POLYHEDRA PLOT

The POLYHEDRA plot sub-program is losely based on the STRUPLO program code by R.X. Fischer (J.Appl.Cryst. (1985), 18, 258-262).

The program will search for and display tetrahedra and octahedra recognised in the structure of an inorganic compound.

Instructions for overruling the default parameter values to be set before invoking the polyhedra function.

SET RANGE minx maxx -miny maxy -minz maxz

SET OMIT minx maxx -miny maxy -minz maxz

SET TET p1 p2 p3 p4

SET OCT p1 p2 p3 p4
