RENUMBER ATOMS TOGGLE RENUMBER ATOMS TOGGLEToggle that sets PLATON in a mode to implement an automatic numbering scheme based on the molecular topology, effective in the subsequent CALC INTRA or CALC GEOM calculation.
E.g. The renumbering is implemented in a subsequent ORTEP.
Similarly, clicking on the SHELX-res button will generate a
.res file implementing the new numbering scheme.
Alternatively, the keyboard instruction:
CALC GEOM RENUM SHELX
would produce a .res file.
Automatic renumbering can also be accomplished with the '-R' switch on the
command line:
platon -R sucrose.spf
==> sucrose.res.
