Toggle for (dis)allowing automatic transformations between mI and mC,
Pn and Pc, P2/n and P2/c or P21/n and P21/c depending on which description
results in a closer to 90 degrees beta angle.
By default the closer to 90 degrees setting is choosen.
The result of validation ALERTS on this issue is effected by the choosen
default.
